1000 Guitars of Praise!!
The vision picks up steam with 100 GUITAR events at area churches.
It started with several 100-Guitar events spread out over several months culminating with the thousand-plus players in October.
Over 1000 acoustic guitar players will gather at Reunion Arena in Dallas on Sat. Oct 14, 2006 and play a 2-hour concert featuring Contemporary Praise & Worship songs.

I like that name too, but it leads to the question: "picking what"? :O)
There is an entertainer / comedian that spends that spends some time during our show mucking it up and he had this crazy idea of 1,000 handsaws of praise. now that woudl be somethign! :O)
